We care about our planet and are actively working towards a more sustainable future. That's why we don't automatically include return labels in our packages - you only get one when you really need it. Get in touch via our contact form and we will arrange it for you.

Can I order framed posters directly from you?
Yes - you can order our art prints with frames directly on the website. We offer frames in the colors black, white and wood, in standard sizes that fit our prints.
What are the dimensions of your prints and do they fit in standard frames?
We offer our art prints in standard sizes, which means they fit standard frames. If you are unsure about finding the right frame for a particular motif, we are happy to help.
Can I order a poster to a country other than Sweden?
Yes - you can choose your country and currency in the online store. We ship to several countries. (Please note that shipping costs and customs fees may apply depending on your country.)
Can I order a completely unique motif — using my own images and text?
Absolutely! We offer the “Create Your Own” service where you can upload your image, choose a template and add personal text. The product will be unique to you.
What paper quality do you use?
Our art prints are produced on FSC-certified Fine Art premium paper (200g/m2), the same standard that museums use for reproductions. The paper is age-resistant with a matte surface that eliminates reflections and creates a premium experience.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept several payment methods, including Klarna, card payment (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other options.
HOW IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED?
After payment has been made, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to your specified email address. If you do not receive the confirmation, there may be technical problems with the transaction. Do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you!
ORDER CONFIRMATION MISSING
If you have placed an order without receiving an order confirmation, the reason may be an incorrectly specified email address. Also check your spam folder where emails can sometimes end up. Contact us via the contact form above and ask us to check whether we have registered an order in your name. We will be happy to help you correct the email address and resend the confirmation. It may also be that the order failed - contact us before trying again to avoid duplicates.
INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE ORDER
If incorrect information such as address, email or telephone number is provided, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We strive to correct the information before order processing begins. If incorrect information has affected delivery after the order has been processed, the customer is responsible for any additional costs.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel before treatment has started, please email us immediately. We will do our best to help, but as our team works efficiently with order processing, we cannot always guarantee cancellations. If the order is placed on a weekend or after business hours, you can also email us.
CHANGES TO ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
Changes to an order that has already been placed are not possible, but if you contact us quickly, we may be able to cancel the order before processing begins. After cancellation, you can easily place a new order with the correct items. Please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to our team's fast order processing.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY
Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect item, we work to resolve the problem quickly. Please email the following information to kundtjanst@careofposters.se :
