Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods from CareofPosters.se, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You therefore have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of your agent receiving the goods. Refunds are made within 14 days

You may not break the seal in order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returns are reported at kundtjanst@careofposters.se, state name, address, reason why, order and invoice number. In the case where you exercise the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and you are also responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If the item is not collected and comes back to us in return, we will charge 20 EUR.

Customized design: photo or text

Have you uploaded a picture, chosen to add a name or something else that makes your poster or something else custom-made and unique?

Then the right of withdrawal, open purchase or exchange does not apply.

We are not responsible for customers who order the wrong size or any mistakes made when the designs are created by the customer (spelling errors, chosen the wrong color, missed to write something, etc.) The customer is responsible for ensuring that the choices made when ordering are what will be produced.

Send your complaint to kundtjanst@careofposters.se and state your name, address, reason why, order and invoice number. If the complaint is approved, CareofPosters.se will send out a new product
